Tim Kjeldsen MSTAT ITM

Tim has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1984. He qualified originally with the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique and completed a further training in the Interactive Teaching Method in 2001. He has a background in theatre and music. His other interests include philosophy and hill-walking.

Lynne Cartlidge ITM BA

A qualified Alexander Technique teacher since 2003, Lynne has a background in the arts, enjoys working with young musicians and a wide variety of people wanting to know how to be more in charge of their own well-being. Her other interests include painting, gardening and, recently, archery.

We provide programmes for business, education, and the arts, including the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. We are now offering courses and workshops based on these programmes to everyone
